Can you damage the hearing aids by leaving it in the charger too long?

Similar to other electronic devices, it is not advisable to keep the hearing aid charging in the dock for extended periods. Even when unplugged, the battery may discharge more quickly if left in the dock for an extended duration. If you won't be using the hearing aid for a few days, we recommend turning the hearing aids off and keeping it out of the charger.
